Dialogue audio too quiet

Something is wrong with the sound mixing in this movie. I have to wait until it comes on streaming to try to watch it again.

Bad audio mixing leading to low dialogue volume + bad accents + actors mumbling thinking this makes their performance more ~mysterious + loud snoring heard in the audience + scenes with no subtitles that should've had subtitles + muffled Taylor Swift music playing through the theatre wall = bad combo

Maybe it’s the theater. I watched in cinemark xd and no problems really

Which is why George Lucas created the THX movie theater certification system. Most theaters are set up by idiots. The sound in a THX-certified theater is spot on.

Insist on getting what you’re paying for.

yea there were so many crucial scenes where i wasn't sure what they said and it detracted from the story big time. like i could understand 90% of what they said but that last 10% really matters. high caliber directors like scorsece gripe so hard about streaming and digital but then they go and make the dialogue's audio fucking terrible.
