Yeah that's pretty much what I expected. Kind of a GOTG ripoff.

Sucks this isn't what the fans wanted. Already half the dislikes already. Also, producers of 2 awful films and 1 mediocre series is making this movie. They would've been better off casting no-names to fit the likeness and vibes of the original game characters.

The black character named Roland is 6' tall but they casted the smallest pint sized comedian actor instead. Claptrap is also a downgrade from his usually quirky antics where it was actually funny.

Couldn't have been cast any worse.

I'm now convinced that studios in 2024 are just intentionally trying to piss off the fan base of their IP and lose money in the process.

It looks so cheap. Expensive actors, and cheap effects.

Looks alright to me. Could be fun.

Having said that, I haven't played the game so have no pent up entitlement to get annoyed that it doesn't satisfy my inner head vision of what a film would look like. Plus it's clearly a GOTG clone. But I don't really have an issue with that.

The movie looks fine but the trailer looks awful. Like the studio just wanted to show off the cutest, funniest jokes and omit a lot of the cooler stuff the film has to offer.

MIght work as a comedy. Hope we get a final trailer soon.
