First they were recycling the Orci pitch about bringing back George Kirk, then it was going to be a Quentin Tarantino movie scripted by Mark Smith, then an original film by Noah Hawley (who has only done one film, which got awful reviews and bombed), and now it's an STD writer in charge of the next Trek movie?!
Is it just me, or do Paramount's movie plans for the next Trek movie keep getting WORSE AND WORSE?
Shouldve gone with Tarantino purely so they could sell it as 'Quentin Tarantino presents Star Trek' (even if he didn't direct) otherwise who cares about yet another Trek film at this point (and esp one by a Discovery writer!)
