You are correct in your suspicions. The whole bombing was fake, done with actors. So it is possible the brothers were in on it. More likely, they are patsies, either forced to play along or fooled into it. Boston was a hoax, like Sandy Hook. Just look at Site 1 (first explosion). Cameras caught that there was only a handful of people there as it happened. 20 minutes later, the place is teeming with people, some 200, including women and children. In what real bombing, would people actually pile INTO a bombing zone, and bring kids with them? The aunt is correct in saying that the event was staged. But even she doesn't seem to know what role her nephews played. Also, think about this: A man with 2 severed arteries bleeds out in 1-2 minutes (5 quarts of blood). Jeff Baumann was fine after some 15-20 minutes with no medical help and had no blood anywhere around him. He would have been dead by the time that clown Carlos decided to approach him.
