ROTK scene ripped off?

I finished watching the movie some half an hour ago, and it looks awesome, and when I saw the Rouran cavalry charge at the Imperial Army scene, I was immediately reminded of the Rohirrim cavalry charge in The Return of the King... Anyone else?

Oh no, not this again. They complained about LOTR scene ripoffs with the cartoon too.

I don't know about other people who watched the movie, but I did not meant it as a complain, quite the opposite...

I haven't seen Mulan, but how many ways can you film a thrilling cavalry charge? Isn't this like all those songwriters who sue new artists because they're just using the pentatonic scale?
