She apparently knew "He would not be ready for this" the moment she heard the master copy of Nevermind. Nobody anticipated in not even the record label, they only printed like 50 000 copies.

She also said "I told him not to go join that stupid club" in reference to the 27 Club after he died. So apparently she knew when he was going to die as well. She's a nut.

Quite a lot of rockstars die young. She didn't want him to join them. You don't even have to be 27
