what his snap while wearing the Infinity gauntlet would do? It just happened to turn all the villains into dust? Could it have killed half the population like Thanos' snap did. Or did Stark have control over what results from his snap? If so, why couldn't he bring Natascha back?

Thanos turned guns and knifes into bubbles, turned wrecked ship into bats, teleported him across the galaxy exactly to where he wanted to go, recreated Titan to look exactly how it looked when it was thriving. They obey the will of the wielder. Thanos wants half of all life to randomly end.....it happens. Toney wants all the invading bad guys to cease to exist...it happens.
