That would never happen by one guy at the same time because the two can never be at the same location at the same time. When have you ever seen the two together in office or at a speech or conference? Who ever wrote the script for this is far off reality. They should do a little more research than to make up stuff as they go along.

FBI agents who looked like stoners playing a role. They're not even clean shaved and are terrible actors.

They are often together, especially in relection campaigns.
And with a fast enough automatic weapon you can be faster then the secret service.

The President and VP are only together during the State of the Union address, they don't even fly in the same plane. And this was a distance shot. With the first shot being fired, there would be cover. Do you know how much recoil a sniper rifle has? The second shot wouldn't be taking instantly on target. I've been shooting for over a decade now, the follow up shot, especially for a bolt action rifle is hard, for any rifle it is hard if you're shooting at great distance. Video game shooting and real life is totally different.

Trump and Pence was together and so was Hillary and Kaine on election day. If someone wanted to kill any or all of them they could've with large bombs.

It was said during the dialogue that it was a shot made from 1.5 miles away 'from the roof of a parkade.' Watch the movie and don't yap to people sitting next to you and you'd have caught that part.
