Patrick Stewart

I loved seeing him in this kind of roll... Breaking the sci-fi and good guy image suits him!

He was pretty creepy in this.

In Conspiracy Theory with Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts, he was the bad guy!

In his first scenes it looked like he was "phoning it in", but later I realized that it was a deliberate minimalism on his part. And it worked well for his role. I was just not used to seeing him in roles like this one.

I didn't even know he was in it until the credits. Didn't recognize him, lol.

I really liked his role in the film but I do have to admit that I felt he went down a little too easy at the end. I didn't expect Lethal Weapon style action, and I can understand why his initial reaction was to turn his back and start walking, but after the first shot he should have shown some amount of a lively response.

he knew they only had so many bullets and with the other target he hoped they wouldn't shoot him in the back, the guy took some shots tho. The Headshot was a nice end to his character.

He was good but The role was made for Ben Kingsley

Now THERE's a thought!

I did like Stewart in the role. His intellect came through, especially as the guy handing out favors to all those barbarians. The calm in the eye of the storm.

His voice tipped me off, plus his head shape, which I saw enough TNG to have imprinted in my memory banks.

I also thought he went down too easily. Might he have tried to negotiate for his own life at the expense of, say, Amber? Then Pat goes full "Paint Ball" on his ass!
