I think Elias Koteas will always be Casey Jones in my eyes! Stephen's version was just like meh....

I think if they gave him a better script. Didn't make him a cop that wanted to be detective. He should have been more than a one trick pony with the hokey stick. He should have not been dumb enough to think the Turtles were going to eat him, and that he needed to tackle Splinter.
