Why all the Nick hate? Hes just not into her, thats it.

Everyone keeps insisting that Nick must be gay or have some issues if hes not into Sonia. Why?Shes just not his type and thats it, she doesnt turn him on. In my opinion shes not that pretty, she has an insecure energy about her, needy, and she complete opposite of an assertive woman. She has a weird nervous quivery voice, she ends every sentence like shes asking a question, makes cringeworthy corny remarks "struggle dot com huh huh". She acts like a little girl or old lady, nothing about her personality is sexy. That could be a turn off to some men. Nick is sharp witted, sarcastic with a perfect deadpan delivery. He seems like the type that may be attracted to a battle of wits and intellectual stimulation. Not a caveman alpha that wants an agreeable giggly stepford wife.
Remember that we are watching this show from a viewer's point of view. We see these people an hour a week, edited to boot. Its a whole different ballgame being with someone 7 days a week for 6 weeks. Theres probably little things that grate your nerves or simply that you dont vibe with.

I think people detest Nick because he is very awkward and lacks social skills and social graces. He's mean, rude, detached, often clueless and criticizes others when he has so many glaring deficiencies. Plus, he is not trying to work on the relationship or create harmony; yet, he signed up for this. Also, he's not masculine nor sexy, so there's a sense that he is a deformed or underdeveloped man. Even his mom thinks he has problems and tries to guide him and offer apologies for her.

On the last episode, Sonia suggested they had been intimate. To see him treating her badly after having sex with her makes him disgusting and emphasizes that he lacks an understanding of how to treat women and behave in a relationship.

While I don't agree with his choice of how he ended up telling the truth about his lack of attraction to Sonia, I don't understand your point. Because they had sex with her he isn't allowed to express his feelings about the fact that he's not into her?

If the shoe was on the other foot, what then? If Sonia wasn't into Nick, would that be okay in your mind? The woman gets to have a choice but a man, once he's had sex with a woman, is then obligated to be attracted to her perpetually from that point forward?

Yeah....um, I never said that. I said he treated her badly. He ignores her. He's rude. He yells at her. etc.

With two people who have agreed to marriage, sex is a bonding experience that is meant for people who intend care for each other, soothe each other, and be loving toward each other. It is about emotion and vulnerability. This isn't a one-night stand show. It's a marriage show. His post-sex behavior is inappropriate and low.

But since *you* brought up Nick expressing a lack of attraction for Sonia, why exactly did Nick sleep with someone to whom he wasn't attracted? How low can he go?

Sure, express himself...before sex. How about that? Not doing so in my opinion makes him a creep. I never suggested he not be honest about his feelings, but let's face it: had he really been truthful and honest, he never would have slept with this girl.
