Ok, Murphy has to die this season

Honestly it's getting old. We've been chasing Murphy for 2 seasons now. They need to end this arc and develop a new one. The writing of it is extremely atrocious. Murphy's character is all over the place. At some points you start to think that he's finally developed into something more than a selfish manchild. At the end of season 2 and several moments before the final episode he seemed like he geniunely saw the group as friends. Yet every single time this development is undermined because Murphy just HAS to play the villain because there is noone else available. It's boring now just kill him. Season 3 Murphy already feels like season 2 Murphy all over agaun.

But I suppose i'm expecting too much, the writing is all over the place period, and not just with Murphy. Like the flashback movie. I'm completely convinced that entire movie existed to retcon certain things within the plot. For example, what Murphy's bites do to people. In season 2 we saw a savage Cassandra who needed z weed to "feel", yeah she smiled at 10k a little once, but overall she was a cannibalistic animal who was basically Murphy's hooker with how infatuated she was with him. Now suddenly in the flashback film she's saving 10k's life, the same guy whose neck she tried to snap. Now suddenly bitten people are completely free thinking humans who can be defiant, just under his control. What? was Cassandra's mind not strong enough to break through his zombie force powers?
