shareL3-37 didn't appear until the 2nd act, and was gone before the 3rd. Jar Jar was in TPM pretty much from beginning to end, probably having the 3rd most screen time behind Qui-Gon and Padme. Whatever Jar Jar wasn't able to wreck, Jake Lloyd was there to pick up and slack for him.
shareI found Rose and Jar-Jar far more annoying. L3 wasn't all that bad but that's probably because she had about ten minutes of screentime.

I thought Lando was too attached to that droid. I laughed when she died. But frankly, I disagree. She wasn't as annoying as Jar Jar Binks. Still can't believe Lucas actually had him on the console in Episode 2.
