Neither are what I would consider 'hot' but I'd pick Daisy. Felicity loses points because her acting in Rogue One was just abysmal.

If we are talking about prime Daisy (to me she peaked in 2015 TFA) then from that performance despite how cute I find Felicity's face in Rogue One, I'd rate her hotter.
