The story takes place in 2010, but the cell phone that Alicia used looks like one of the new I Phones released recently.

It is indeed an iPhone 5 released in September 21, 2012. Same as one of the cars in The Walking Dead that was released in the 2014. But anyway, why are people just mad becuse of some things like that? It doesn't matter if the phone was made in 2012 or 2009 the story is what matters and the characters.

Travis made the grave marker for the farmer Chris killed. He didn't know the exact date but he put 2010.

I don't understand why are people just pointlessly arguing with the OP, just go rewatch the episode! Ffs, it was an iPhone and if you have seen one before, you would know that! Save your arguments for better things but arguing only for the sake of arguing isn't intelligent.
