His entire arc went nowhere and he was killed off in a flashback.

I agree. On "Talking Dead," Robert Kirkman said they had to kill him off for the benefit of Travis' character development. 

Ha!, that implies that the writers have a clue what they're doing, which by the evidence of the show is obviously not the case

Well, next season we'll get to watch show after show where Travis painfully comes to terms with Chris' death, his feelings of failure as a father, etc. Lots of fun stuff. 

I thought Chris's death was awesome, lol. He murdered his friend who was injured then karma paid him back for it.

It was probably the best episode and best scene in the series - at least until we get to see Madison and/or Alicia taken out.

Not before Alicia reunites with Ofelia and they save some hot water by showering together this time!

Definitely the best scene. I'd probably put Wrath behind Sicut Cervus for best episode. The second half North was kind of a letdown after the high of Wrath.
