Simpsons did it. Except now TWD is The Simpsons.

Army turning on civilians? TWD did it.
Fenced off communities being raided? TWD did it.
Acting like you need help to booby trap others? TWD did it.
Warlords taking over cities? TWD did it.
Having a kid being killed by a loved one? TWD did it.
Creepy evil pastor? TWD did it, and very predictable of Hollywood.
Oh and cannibalism? TWD did it, and unpacked it slower and very well!
Lame CGI giraffe? Nah that’s just TLOU.

TLOU is just TWD only with worse warlords (Kathleen wtf?) and gay woke relationships everywhere.

This is pretty generic, but tons of post-apocalyptic stuff has done this prior to TWD. Not that this was a major part of TWD. In fact, it's just a part of the TWD backstory.

This is also pretty generic. Any community series that follows survivors has done this.

This is... again a very generic trope.

Post-Apocalyptic TV shows that predate TWD:

Dark Angel, Jericho, Jeremiah, Survivors. Jericho has community conflict, and raiders.

The quarantine zones seemed to be more advanced in TLOU, and the fungal cause of zombies is different, and the zombies act more like they did in World War Z. Kathleen did really suck.
