What is all this Ben is dead crap?

Where in the episode did it ever imply or show that he is dead? I think people are thinking too much into it.

It seems better that way I guess. I don't know if I will watch a second season though. Not sure I like how they did things in the first. Putting an extended scene online was about the dumbest thing you can do.

The "Ben is dead" issue came up in the online short companion to the series, "Cornell Confidential" Specifically, it was alluded to in the video titled "14 Months Later"

I don't think Ben is dead. Why? Well, very simple: They talked about overturning his conviction. Why the hell would they wanna overturn a dead man's conviction? Makes no sense. The ONLY reason they would wanna do that is if he's still alive and wanna get him out.

I would imagine you would have to get a conviction overturned dead or not in order to charge the person who actually committed the crime.

I can never tell when I am reading someones signature.

Well it's been officially confirmed on this weeks episode. Eric's sister mentions Ben Warner being killed in prison.

Just finished with season 1, can anyone tell me where to find the "extra 5 min" ? Google came up empty :/
