Some of it seems believable, but sometimes I sit here and wonder just how staged this show is? The way some of these people act/respond to situations makes me question the legitimacy of what's supposedly going on.

This show telegraphs itseld being staged;
In earlier seasons where they would have brasilian women wear a thong swimsuit to the beach and say "this is what we wear in brasil" while everyone stares and the man is embarrassed.
They will always have a sales person show something VERY expensive to some women, just to show the man's face of fear. Anfisa didn't even like that expensive dress the best, it was just about the price
- "almost" a problem. Someone "loses" a ring, but then finds it before it matters. Someone "thinks" about leaving but doesn't make any plans to do so, etc.
I thought the father was waking toward Pedro to hug him after the announcement but they quickly cut scenes

I tried that link a few days ago and it worked. Yes, looks like the Pedro/Chantel story is fake. It's my least favorite anyway. But, the link no longer works.
shareI've come to believe it is staged a lot. I imagine people, like me, at some point don't understand how the actors got from point A to point B. And then there's the editing. I feel like my chain is being yanked. This year has gotten blatantly worse. It's starting to feel overwhelmingly artificial so I am not sure I will watch past this year.
