I think the Matt storyline is th most staged. He seems to have really gotten along good with his fiancé and her kid, and so we see all of his friends being overly confrontarional, his mom talking to her for him, Etc
Ekther they are trying to stage drama, or Matt is showing us why he is divorced 3 times - he lets everyone else walk over him and ends up not being respected by anyone
