Save the $$ and watch Frontline: League of Denial

If you have Netflix, it's available for streaming. I'll watch it once available on Netflix but why watch Hollywood's jazzed up version and BAD acting by Will Smith.

I'd tend to agree. Frontline did a much better job with this and the movie doesn't bring much to it other than Gugu Mbatha-Raw who is absolutely beautiful.

League of Denial is also on YouTube. Here is the link to part 1 of 9.

I also saw an option to watch a single video, but that cost $1.99.

That's a documentary. It doesn't chronicle Omalu's life. It just talks soley about the NFL.

They're both worth watching if you are interested in the subject.

That's a great documentary. Saw it when it first aired 3 years ago on pbs.

Thanks for mentioning this. I'd seen it before.

If you're looking to watch a movie for entertainment purposes, that is loosely based on a real life story, I think the movie Concussion is pretty good. But it's just that, a movie.

If you want the actual facts, as best laid out, don't look to the movie for that. Frontline (and general web searching) is much more informative, and factual. And for many people, even more captivating to watch than this movie.

It's also free at www.pns.org. Click on programs then frontline
