Now I want a stand alone X-23 movie!

I want a sequel, as in what happens when they get to Eden and how things work there. Is it as perfect as it sounds? Or are the people in charge more corrupt than they should be? Is it only kids? Did some of the scientists escape to help build Eden, or was it already there?

I doubt we're getting an X-23 movie any time soon. Laura is either gonna get stuck in the X-Force movie they're making, or put in the New Mutants tv show they're making.

X23 and specifically the actress that plays her Dafne Keen STOLE The MOVIE for me.

the only problem with a X23 film, and its a Massive problem...

A X-23 Stand Alone film would almost certainly be based on X-23 as an an adult.

and quite simply, The Main reason I want an X-23 solo/stand alone film would be to see Dafne Keen in The role again.

theres an outside chance Fox might realize that Dafne Keen Is the DRAW for a X-23 stand alone film and Then might make a film around X-23 and Dafne...But I think thats a very small chance..I think if An X-23 film ever got greenlit theres like a 95% it would be set like 10 years are the events of Logan and A new actress would be cast in the Role.

or maybe Fox might try and CON the Audience, again Fox has to know Dafne is getting universally praise and a lot of people would be upset if they didn't bring her back if they did an X23 movie, So I could see Fox trying to CON the audience, Instead of making a X23 stand alone movie With Dafne, Fox would make the X23 movie they wanted to make with X23 as an Adult but Bring Dafne back for like The first 10 mins of the movie and then The movie moves forward 10 years and is based on an Adult X23

Fox basically pulls a CON job to keep fans from being furious and could say "Hey we brought Dafne back"

So basically for me personally...I have no desire or hope for a X23 film...but its 100% because I believe Fox would only green light the film if it was about An Adult X23 which would then lead to a new actress being cast.

If A X23 stand alone film with Dafne was on the table....Holy Shit I would be DOWN and Excited. Unfortunately IMO I just dont see that Happening.


My Dream Situation would be for Fox to Realize how important Dafne is to the role, and decide to not only make a movie with her but make a movie With the intent for a Trilogy....where we could see Dafne in The Role grow into an Adult, Dafne was 11 I think In Logan...

So I wish Fox would green light and plan a Trilogy around Dafnes age...Each movie we would see Dafne grow and the stories could be centered and written around her age...

X23 one would take place around 13 or 14...X23 2 she would be 17 and X23 3 she would be 20...

I would love to see Dafne in The Role for the next decade

Obviously A Trilogy would depend on Box Office and Success, But The Point is I wish thats the course Fox would take, If they decided to Make A Trilogy and Have Dafne Play The role for the next 3 films and next decade, Fox wouldn't have to worry about "If" The films were successful enough to make a Trilogy, I think based on Logan's Reception, The Audience is clearly there and would be sold on a X23 film...The only thing Fox would need to do is make sure They make Quality films...If Fox gets the Scripts right and gets a good directors, X23's films would sell.

its extremely rare for Movies to be Planned Trilogies, because quite simply Studios depend on Box office and they dont know if The first film will even sell Let alone A Trilogy...

I could see how FOX would think a X23 trilogy is risky, But IMO Fox should realize "The Risk" is on them..Not The character or the movie...after LOGAN...With Its reviews, Incredible box office and With Dafne Stealing the show...A X23 movie now clearly has an audience and fanbase...A Trilogy is only Risky Now if You Make A Bad Movie...If Fox Planned A Trilogy and then The first X23 film came out and was awful...Then The other 2 movies become a huge risk

Fox should realize this and do it...They should realize A X23 film and Trilogy with Dafne is not that Risky, They dont have to wory about finding an audience or if The character sells, not after Logan, all they got to do is make quality films and A X23 Trilogy would be Successful

Dafne certainly made a big impression on the audience, myself I would only be interested in the new film if she continues to play the role. Given her performance in Logan, I think she deserves the chance.

Id be ok with a sequel if they waited several years. I think this was as much a farewell to Logan as it was anything. Give it time to let her mature and increase her skills,it will feel more real if some real life time has passed.

A lot of her appeal in this movie came from her age. Once she gets older, it won’t be the same.

It reminds me of how people wanted a Hit-girl stand alone move (“Kick-Ass”). But we knew the actress wasn’t going to be that young and small for long.
