Shakey-Cam!
It really is an annoying feature used too much by young directors who think it's hip. It's not, it's bloody annoying, and it spoils the whole viewing of the film.
Used sparingly it can be hugely effective. Used constantly, like otherwise-excellent shows like "Breaking Bad," and it robs media of its immersiveness.
