I get it. I watch it but can't imagine it gets many viewers, even for HBO. The acting is good but it's not a prestigious show either. Maybe with news of a cancellation on the horizon Peet will be in serious contention for an award. I hope they brought this year's story line to so sort of conclusion so we are all not left hanging at the end.

I loved this show and I'm so sad it's over. Hopefully another network acquires, or HBO gives it a wrap up film.

I hope that someone picks up this show, I really enjoy it. It's such a shame that it's over.

I totally adore this and actually prefer it dying in glory rather than in a whimper. I realize all my favorite shows have 3 or fewer seasons. Life On Mars, Utopia, Pushing Daisies, Life, and so on. Game of Thrones and the Walking Dead are very bland now after so many seasons.

The one show where I wish went on for a while but I know has to end soon is the Leftovers. The ratings aren't great but that story is so layered and complex, I love it.

Agreed. But then again, I wish the cable networks produced series that aired their first run episodes throughout the week instead of completely frontloading them all on Sunday night.

Some of us don't really care about The Voice, Dancing with the Star wannabees or How to Get Away with Murdering the intelligence of the American people.

As with last year's cancelled Looking, admittedly Togetherness wasn't a show that would garner a huge audience, but still far superior than any of the garbage the Networks air during the week.

Somehow, I do think that had its air time been on a Tuesday at 10PM, Togetherness would have experienced a much longer life.

Add it to the list of shows HBO showed way too little patience with. If it doesnt strike instant pop culture gold it gets the axe.

All pretty low budget and hundreds of thousands of weekly viewers. But girls gets 6 seasons so Lena Dunham can show us how she can be naked in every scene. Thank god for Kodi, they dont deserve my money.
