What other Breaking Bad character, besides Saul do you think could have made for a better spin off show?

I hope there aren't any. Don't get me wrong, I love this show and the franchise as a whole. But let a good thing end, don't be like The Walking Dead. We don't need to get to the point where there's a prequel series about Huell Babineaux and then another prequel series about someone from that, where does it end?
