I didn't see the trailers, but at a regular Sunday afternoon screening in east London, literally on the route that they took in the film as they headed towards London City airport, there were at least 100 people.
shareSaw it at 10:30 pm, Sunday April 17th. There were about 12-15 other people in the audience and the crowd was into it. Lots of audible reactions and the occasional applause, like when Costner did something crazy or one of the bad guys got messed up. Definitely a crowd pleaser in my theater.
Trailers: Free State of Jones, The Purge: Election Year, Darkness, X-Men: Apocalypse. Possibly others, that's all I remember.
A lot of strange things happen in this world. Things you don't know about in Grand Rapids.
I saw it yesterday, the 17th.
Trailers were for Free State of Jones, The Purge: Election Year, and Money Monster.
There were only around 10 people there and it was a quiet crowd.
Saw the movie, Criminal, today, 4/18/16, at the 11:20 am show. Trailers, that I remember, were "The Purge", some super hero movie and "Keanu", I know there were more, just can't remember what they were.
There were about 10-15 in the theatre and there was a very good reaction. One person, on their way down the steps, commented to my husband and myself that she was glad they came and did not go by what the reviewers said. We agreed with her.
2 pm matinee, 8 people mostly seniors, Deepwater Horizon, Now you See Me 2, X-Men, Cap America, Money Monster. There were a few lols and "yeahs" while Old Jerrico was kicking butt, but it was a pretty subdued crowd--probably due mainly to the low number of attendees. In spite of all the negative criticism, I really enjoyed this movie. I may go back and see it again....
shareI went on a Wednesday at 6:35pm. There were around 13-15 people in the auditorium.
The Trailers were Green Room, Money Monster, The Purge: Election Year, The Bye-Bye Man. The Audience was laughing at the jokes and reacting to certain events.
