So.... why Mirabel didn’t get magic power?

Did they explain it? There had to be a reason why candle was like: "Whatever, you kid will not have special power. Now go and be outcast in your family and feel worthless and like a disappointment for the next 10 years".....

That was way too cruel from Candle.

And in the end her Power was basically: "Ok, in 10 years you will broke down house and magic will disappear. And then grandma will learn her lesson and magic will return".

So poor Mirabel had to suffer for 10 years so that Grandma would learn to be less bit*hy to her family... ))) And keep in mind that everything was FINE. Apart from sister not wanting to marry that guy - everyone were HAPPY.

It is never really explained.
But a common fan theory is that Mirabel will be the next head of the household.
After all, Abuela has never had any magic gift either.
Also, it is notable that she and Mirabel are the only ones to ever directly communicate with the Casita.

It is not true that everybody but Isabela was happy though.
Bruno had issues with anxiety and felt as worthless as Mirabel later did.
And that is before he spent a decade as a hermit with only rats as company!
And as for Luisa, it is revealed that she was near a mental breakdown behind her tough facade.
