How far did humans go to/colonize?

I rewatched the film today and wondered and noticed the film is vague about how far humans went. We see the Moon is heavily colonized, with possibly 100,000s living there. We see a Mars outpost of 1100, which is referred to as "the last manned outpost" but they previously mentioned that it is the "only secure base". Wouldn't it be the only base as it's implied to be the only one on Mars, so is there more beyond Mars? Venus is could to be colonized, it's never mentioned in the film but it's closer to Earth than Mars so it wouldn't contradict "the last manned outpost" statement (the quote referring to distance), and it would be strange to have a Mars base but not a Venus one. In behind the scenes, we see a mission patch in the Cepheus labelled "Saturn 8" with a graphic of Saturn. Could this mean that they're have been many missions to Saturn after the Lima project, possible bases out there?
