I thought the dancers in her apartment was pretty creepy. The best manifestation of the Demon in the movie. IMO.

The reveal with Gemma was a poor imitation of the phone call scene in the first movie.
If she had answered the phone without looking and then realized she was talking to Gemma, that might have been better, though it might not work well with smart phones. Maybe if she had given Gemma a nick name in her phone, so that it wasn't so incredibly obvious?

I didn't find it creepy at all. It was too choreographed. I didn't care for the movie. I got very bored with her continually freaking out for two hours without much else and too much choreography. For me, it took away a lot from the movie. I much preferred the first one.

But it just goes to show how differently people react to things. Glad you liked it.

Would you find it creepy if it was done in a more improvisational way, such as modern interpretive dance? Good luck with that, I’ve heard that both Azazel and Bughuul require their minions to go through rigorous choreo training before they torment us humans on Earth.

Nah, I'd find it creepier if it was done the old fashioned way - scary.
