Who I would really love to see as Ghost Face, that would make sense, but I think most people have forgotten and wouldn't see coming:

First, with the kind of story we're expecting, and it supposedly possibly being the end, I really don't want another whiny obnoxious obsessed fan to be the killer. Let's go back to roots here. Ghost Face's motives generally fall into one of three broad categories: Revenge, jealousy, or simply crazed. I think revenge is the way to go here.

Hank would make sense. His whole life got ruined, his wife and son both went on crazy killing sprees. It would tie back to his affair with Maureen.

I would assume he left Woodsboro, began life anew. Maybe, maybe he had another kid, who he raised for the purpose in being his partner in this.
