Did Greg really like Rachel?
Would you say that Greg later in the film developed feelings for Rachel? I'd like to say he did. But I've asked other people their thoughts and some seem to disagree.

She definitly meant a great deal for him, wether it was love or friendship it's hard to say...
I think her sickness took away alot of sexual feelings he could have for her, and what is the difference between love and friendship at the end of the day? Sex isn't it? so had he gotten to know her when she was healthy chances are that he would indeed have fallen in love with her, but it would still have taken him time due to his issues
