Like Krull, Beastmaster, Hawk The Slayer, DragonSlayer, Conan, Fire & Ice, Highlander, Masters of the Universe, and of course Empire/Jedi

(the trailer also had elements of that S&S vibe)

Thor Ragnarok is also going for that vibe..
