A woke show, but well made

Make no mistake this is a woke show.

The head of unit 303 of MI6 is a white woman, deputy is a black man, the agent in charge is Bianca, a black woman, the white male agents were fetching coffee for her and treated like dirt. Bianca is very much a pompous jerk.

All the white men outside of MI6 are either bad or gay, that is about summing it up. The Jackal had some gay actions in it too, but that was in the movies as well.

Putting those aside it is still a well done show, because it is quite easy to watch, I almost watched the entire season in one go, that is very rare for me.

I hate mediocre woke shows have nothing else to offer, twist plot to for the sake of "the message", but this show other than the casting there aren't much in your face lecturing.

The ending is a surprise, not a twist, just a surprise, and I will definitely watch the season 2. Yes, there is clearly going to be a season 2.
