how can u *beep* yourself??

when John dated Jane, how can you want to have sex with a younger version of yourself??? Its like the opposite of exciting!

Like Whitney Houston sang, it's the greatest love of all.

reply

It's just masturbation 2.0

reply

I think of it like incest just worse. When you masturbate do you think about yourself or someone else?

reply

No problem, if both are of age where they can take their own decision, that is, there is consent by adults.

reply

Would it be sex,or masturbation or inbred?

All of the above

I agree. I think that being attracted to yourself is deeply warped. It is the ultimate form of narcissism.

reply

It has nothing to do with narcissism

He had no idea that he would date a younger version of himself. It's like finding the feminine version of you. That likes the same things, hates the same things, etc. And it's quite sexy ... Is there even a question???

It’s essentially the grandfather paradox, travel back in time fuck your grandma and create yourself. It’s a weird time travel paradox. It’s just the extreme version of that.

John/Jane is a no one throughout history the only human to exist that is outside of a recorded time with no links to anyone. Because of this they really can’t create to many issues with time because they’re a loop.

It seems Robertson knew this and likely orchestrated the creation because the fizzle bomber allowed the agency to continually improve and become even better because of everything John/Jane did and learning from that. This allowed them to save even more lives than if they actually caught the fizzle bomber.

SLIDERS (1995) tv show had something similar about the main character, Quinn Mallory, who becomes infatuated -- though subtle -- when meeting his female double, on a parallel earth [Double Cross S3E1]. Later in the series, it's implied they both slept with each other [Lipschitz Live! S4E13].
