Why did no one go to SPOILERS Funeral?
Lindsey deserved better
shareI do agree & that made me sad, but she also did't seem to have friends. I get the sense she was very guarded in her personal life, made it hard for people to get close to her.
Also, she was convicted of a crime & kicked off the force, so I'm pretty sure no one on the force wanted to be associated with her even in death.
I'm sad they killed her off, I really thought she was a very interesting character, definitely not likable, but very interesting.
I assume nobody liked her, or they wouldn't have nicknamed her "Spoiler"
shareHahahaha!
Seriously though, it was tragic that Lindsey died but her murder brought the Caddy out into the open.
She was a complex character who had her demons, maybe, like Danny Waldron? She, like him, was not above bullying and manipulating to achieve their own ends, their own brand of justice. They're dangerous individuals who don't belong in the justice system, anymore than people like Fairbanks,Cottan etc.
I smiled when i read it because it fits her character so well. She is probably the most complex character i've had the pleasure to see in years(decade probably). My favorite one. Her portrayal of the suffering she goes through is sublime (noise at home = no peace, money problems, trauma's, jail ,etc..). Her face says it all. I'm gonna miss her alot but she was never going to be a cop again,it was only downhill from here. Great ending to an amazing character. RIP.
sharefrom what I've seen you're right, to dance on her grave.
shareShe seemed to be a bit anti-social / awkward / possibly autist. She was the cat lady, after all. She was also a disgraced name after her arrest and conviction
