What's the deal with the white guy with the shaved head? He's in nearly every episode but hardly gets any lines and never has any storylines. Not sure if they've even said his name. Kind of unfair how every other character gets lots of lines and stories but not him.

Capp is a cool character. They don't give him a lot of lines, but they're usually pretty funny.

I know right? weird we know nothing about him and he rarely speaks but when he does he has one or two funny lines.
