So the scam doctor lived, so did she get arrested since there was incriminating documents and stuff? She's alive at the end of the movie.
shareI dont think she lived. She got locked in that office area room and that head hole was too small for her to even try to get out anyway.

shareMy problem with the ending and the film as a whole (spoilers obviously) is that John Kramer is almost portrayed as some sort of hero. It didn't really add up when we know John in the first Saw film tested Zep to see if he would murder Doctor Gordon's wife and daughter to save himself which clashes with John's moral code seen in Saw X where he's adamant no innocent people should be harmed. Maybe John grew more of a conscience between Saw and Saw X or it's just me nitpicking, I still overall really liked Saw X and consider it the best of the sequels.
Maybe don't make an eleventh film now though, I thought Hoffman was a terrible Jigsaw so I don't really want to see another film with him. I think it'd be good to end the franchise on a high note with Saw X considering Final Chapter, Jigsaw and Spiral all ended up being terrible films.
Personally, I think the option to murder the wife and child was a fake-out... if he'd chosen that option he would have automatically failed and it wouldn't have happened.
