Let's start the journey of Deborah Harkness's "All Souls Trilogy".

I like the way it was shot, the story seems fun. Goode is pretty good, but Palmer was the wrong choice. It's not that she's a bad actress, but she should stick to playing Aussies. Faking an American accent simpli takes it out of her.

I seem to be enjoying the show until her scenes come on. The story is interesting, it's well made, but she's stiff as a brick and just makes me not give a crap about her character.

No, I haven't. I'm optimistic about this show because "All Souls Trilogy" received many positive reviews and I think the show's writers must have found a way to skip the boring parts of the books to make the story more watchable.

Yeah, I was reading about it on Amazon yesterday when I started watching the show.

I am wondering if I should read the books, but I guess first I'll see how the show goes.
