I imagine most of them will be cameos that show up in the final fight scene.

That is why the past three years they held back on many rumours of superhero cameos in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. As the other commenter wrote, it could be four hours long, would not be shocking if that is the final cut runtime of the movie, even if that is just the director's cut.
