I've only seen the one with the Star Trek thing happening. I'd like to see more of it but I was wondering which episodes are the most favourite by fans? Since they are stand alone stories.

I wouldn't know (or care, for that matter) which ones are fan favorites, but aside from those mentioned above, these were the ones that made an impression on me:
The Entire History of You
White Bear
White Christmas (a/k/a The Christmas Special)
Shut Up and Dance
USS Callister
Arkangel
What you will often see with Black Mirror is that even if an episode is not entirely perfect, it still has interesting ideas and is definitely worthwhile. "White Christmas" had many problems, for instance (IMO), but I still can't imagine not having watched it - plus it's an absolutely integral part of the show.
I should mention though that aside from Smithereens, I haven't watched season 5 yet (including Bandersnatch).

Personally I loved "Metalhead."
Also "White Bear" is outstanding.
And how can anyone forget "The National Anthem?"
IMO, "The Entire History of You" might be the best single episode of television ever.
Some other good ones, depending on your mood are "White Christmas" and "White Bear" [serious] as well as "Nose Dive" and "Hang the DJ" (funny).
People love the 80s assisted suicide one too.
