Jobs or Steve Jobs?
Just wondering which one you think is better! Let me know!
shareLol, this is a trick question isn't it?
shareLol the films! Which film do you like better! Lmbo I guess I should have clarified that! Oops
shareWhat he meant was it's like asking which car do you like better: a 1972 Fiat or a brand new Porsche.... stupid question in other words.
shareI don't think it was a stupid question. Both movies were on TV at the same time one night and I kept flipping back and forth trying to decide which one I liked better. Thought I'd ask others opinions on it.
I guess it depends on who you're asking in reference to the Fiat or Porsche.
I have not watched Jobs the movie yet nor do I plan to (don't use Apple stuff and usually don't watch movies of Ashton Kutcher), but IMHO Michael Fassbender's performance is brilliant in this well done movie.
shareI like Ashton Kutcher's Jobs better than than Michael Fassbender's Steve Jobs. I don't see any of Steve Jobs's charisma in Fassbender and it doesn't help that he looks nothing like Jobs. The movie itself lacks focus and I only see how Jobs being a mean boss, an irreponsible dad and just an annoying bastard in general. Fassbender lacks his usual charm in this movie probably because the movie depicts the low time in Steve Jobs. We all knows Steve Jobs wasn't a coder, an engineer or a designer but in this movie, he couldn't even motivate his team. He lead his companies from one deadend to another, without learning his mistakes. I see nothing in Steve Jobs that makes the man a legend.
Ashton is not a strong actor but at least the movie is enjoyable.
I like "Pirates of Silicon Valley" the best of all! 1999. Stars Noah Wyle as Jobs. It covers more of the relationship between Microshaft and Apple. More history. John DeMaggio as Steve Ballmer is *brilliant*. I never laughed so hard in my life! The real Ballmer has gotta be cringing. Anthony Michael Hall as Gates is good too. Check it out. This Johnny come lately stuff is tired....
shareI like this one better, ashton sucks at playing me
shareThis. Jobs was like a TV movie, and an awful TV movie, at that.
Time wounds all heels.
Jobs, this new movie was just pretentious crap.
shareI watched them both.. for me Jobs is better, Steve Jobs is kinda boring movie.. I guess I don't like the movie with a looooooot of talking at one scene.. But cinematography was great
shareSteve Jobs. Jobs looked like one of those superficial biopics just trying to score an Oscar (granted all biographical films are).
