Although I thought William Dafoe was a good choice to play the lead monster. That dude's scary.
It's just fantasy with historical influence. Being angry with this is like American getting angry with Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter because Abraham Lincoln is not a vampire hunter in history.
