Every episode has at least two childbirth scenes with little slippery babies popping out in a rush of mucky fluids.

My husband enjoys the show as much as I do. I’m in a Facebook group for this show and there are plenty of men in it as are women

I'm not even sure my daughter would watch it, and she's has two children!
