Am I the only one who actually liked this movie?

I thought it was solid movie, don't understand why so many people hated it? I actually preferred this to some other pixar movies like Inside out, Brave and Cars.

I enjoyed it. A bit down the totem pole in quality but Pixar still knows how to work a crowd.

I liked it. I thought that it was good. I don't get why it bombed.

I really enjoyed it. It didn't have the sophistication or creativity of some other Pixar films, but as an 'epic journey' story it's up there with Finding Nemo and Wall-E for me. I liked how the different dinosaurs had developed different societies, without being fully anthropomorphised.

I HATED how incredibly predictable the whole thing was. I had the whole thing figured out before the film was even halfway through. The only surprising part was Spot's family being alive only because they led you to believe otherwise in one of the film's most emotionally palpable scenes that they ruined just to give an ending.

The whole thing just had a "been there done that" feel. Add a whole movie of very uninteresting characters to the mix and you have a movie that I disliked.

It's fine if you enjoy the film, but that's why I hated it.

That was not his family. Notice the different hair color, the fact that they wear fur, not leaves etc.
It was just a human family that adopted him.

On topic, the movie was nice and the visuals were the best seen in an animation.

OMG, I loved it! It has become one of my all time favourite films. It was absolutely amazing.

Why does there have to be one person on the message board of every movie on IMDb asking, "Am I the only one who actually liked this movie?" If you liked it, then you liked it. You shouldn't require the validation of others.

That having been said, of course, I'd might as well chime in by agreeing that "The Good Dinosaur" was a wonderful movie and deserved a great deal more success than it achieved. I also thought it got badly shafted when the Academy didn't even nominate it for best animated picture.
