Hard to believe. The latest movies have kinda tarnished Batman's image, again. If it was a Batman and Joker movie then I think maybe it would make more money, because people would be interested in seeing the new dynamic between the characters.

But I doubt that WB will reboot this universe not even with the upcoming Flash film.

shareBatman will always sell but I think they need to have a movie without any Joker undertones. If they always have Joker in or behind the scenes in nearly every Batman project, both casual viewers and fans will tire of it quickly. Bats has a great rouges gallery. Let's have a story with one of Batman's lesser known villains. Deathstroke is a good start!
