Allison Pill (Maggie) over acts just about every scene.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that Allison Pill over acts. I wish someone would just tell her..."hey...calm down, you don't need to look like you're out of breath in every single scene". She makes me feel like I am going to have a panic attack every time I watch her. I'm on the first season, so hopefully it gets better down the road?

Agreed. She's a tough actor for me to watch and this propensity of hers isn't relegated to this show alone. Nearly everything I've seen her in, she's had that same breathless, over-cranked quality to it and it's wildly distracting. I've never seen Alison Pill on stage so perhaps her style plays better there but I wish I could throttle the casting directors who thought she'd translate to screen.
