Do you know anyone who's a virgin in their late 30's?

Do you know anyone who's a virgin in their late 30's?

I know a guy who's 38 just like in this movie and he's a virgin. He's pretty much a loser who still lives with his parents and just never grew up or did what most adults did as they grew up.

He's rather annoying and very close minded and pretty much just relies on his parents to take care of everything.

My question is what do you think is the reason why these guys are the way they are?

In this movie he had major setbacks and disabilities but I'm talking about healthy average men in their late 30's who are still virgins. I noticed because he is a virgin still he never really let go of childhood and it seems he is pretty much screwed once his parents are dead and its too late for him to grow up.

What do you guys think?

a lot of people are, just cos they say they've slept around doesn't mean they have. I know someone who had multiple girlfriends but was still a virgin up until he was 32.

shocked us all when we found out!

A multitude of reasons:

shyness
insecurity
too scared for sex
bad past
can't perform sexually
repressed memories
sexual/mental abuse
or women simply have never been interested enough to go the full way.

Take note that most guys, like women, would prefer to have sex with a woman who WANTS to go to bed with him, not a woman he had to pay for sex. and just as everyone else does, he will most likely have a type. men are visual and therefore looks matter even if he himself is ugly. and so if hes a lanky, unattractive or nerdy fella then hes hardly going to have much luck getting a babe is he? if even reasonably attractive men are struggling to get women what chances do you think a not so good looking man will have?

i`m 44 and still a virgin, i have yet to met the right woman, but being a virgin is not a disease yet people act like it`s something to be cured.
