Do you know a cult classic means only a SMALL number of people like it?

Starts of small then grows as people come to appreciate it more and its cult status.

Looks like the majority of people actually like this and this is making good money. Not really how cult classics work.

I thought it was very good.

Yeah I did. It was a fun movie to see at the theater, 7/10.

I enjoyed Alien Romulus more. It's not perfect, but it was really entertaining. 8/10.

Well, people have a newfound appreciate for Prometheus at least. Not sure about Covenant though.

The response seems to be mostly positive from critics and the public. I don't think it really would fit the definition of cult classic.
