The first two I consider really good with lots of rewatchability.

The third was entertaining, with a decent villain and it ended the storylines really well.

The fourth had it’s moments but it became an incoherent mess and it had an unfair ending to Elizabeth and Will. Sparrow losing the Pearl was dumb.

The fifth was just irrelevant. Everything and nothing happened. And it had a cliffhanger that was not interesting at all.

The Curse of the Black Pearl: 10/10
Dead Man's Chest: 8/10
At World's End: 8/10
On Stranger Tides: 7/10
Dead Men Tell No Tales: 5/10

I absolutely love the first three, though the second and third have some flaws. The fourth was pretty good, though definitely a step down. But the fifth... I don't know... It just didn't feel like a POTC movie. Jack Sparrow just wasn't his old witty self. The plot point with the compass made no damn sense and contradicted the earlier films (breaking continuity is a big no-no for me). And I don't know, it just felt like the actors didn't have their hearts in it anymore. It didn't have as much of the spirit of fun as the first movies had. Honestly, I think it would have been better if Dead Men Tell No Tales hadn't been made at all. It was an ok movie, and would have been a little better if it was a stand-alone film rather than part of a series, but it just didn't have that POTC feel for me. And it's the only POTC movie I've never had the urge to rewatch (whereas I've rewatched the first four dozens of times).
