Do Arcades like the one depicted in the film even exist anymore?

I haven't seen an actual dedicated Video Game Arcade anywhere since the late 90's. The closest thing I've seen in recent years are small little game areas in restaurants and hotel lobbies, but nothing like the real Arcades that used to be around during the 80's thru the mid 90's.

If there still are any of these types of places around anywhere that would be awesome, Anytime I see a place that says "Arcade" these days, It's usually a Gambling Arcade.

The old school arcades are dead or near death. You'll see some on the boardwalk on the Jersey shore especially in Atlantic City, Ocean City and Wildwood. But many other shore towns has them as well. But I know of no dedicated old school arcades in my area.

Then there is Chuck E Cheese which is arcade and overpriced kids pizza place and Dave and Busters which is arcade and restaurant.

When I was young, I used to judge a mall by the size of its arcade.

Me fail English? But, that's unpossible.

We have Wonderland here in Salem, OR. You pay a fee to enter and then most of the games cost a nickel. At least that is how it use to work.

I love the way you laugh.
